GEC employs a multi-dimensional business model that brings experienced environmental engineers, project managers, and real estate, law and investment banking professionals together to maximize project certainty and client satisfaction.
GEC utilizes various structured finance solutions, Fully FASB and GAP compliant, to allow our corporate clients to transfer their environmental liabilities to us. The result is total and perpetual transfer of environmental tort and cleanup liability with complete corporate indemnification backed by customized comprehensive insurance coverage from highly-rated carriers.
Collectively, the team has a resume of over 500 completed projects.
We have a current transaction pipeline valued at over $45 million.
To further enhance our capital base, we will launch our first Private Equity Fund
targeting $100 million of capital to invest in environmentally impaired property.

Green Earth Capital harnesses its deep experience in the real of real estate finance, investment banking and asset management to assist commercial property owners in placement of debt, equity raises, deployment of capital and asset and portfolio management. Our principals have a broad base of experience across the entire commercial real estate spectrum by are particularly well known for their accomplishments in the following niches: municipal, state and federally leased real estate, value add office, retail and industrial properties, complex CTL and Tax Exempt bond structures, and of course environmentally impaired real estate.
Part of our Mission within the Investment Banking Division is to contribute Ten Percent of all Investment Banking revenue from activities that do not have an impact investment component to a Green Earth non-profit fund that provides grants for environmental education at STEM schools and remediation projects in low-income neighborhoods.
